This website is run by Supreme SMP LLC, a scalp micropigmentation studio at 12 Bay St., Unit 208, Wilmington, MA 01887. Supreme SMP LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Enquiry form: if you use the form on this website we collect the name, email address and phone number you enter, your message and any photos you choose to attach (images only, up to five photos and 20 MB in total; one photo on the contact page).

Newsletter form: if you use the sign-up box we collect your name and email address.

Messaging: if you contact us through Instagram or Facebook Messenger, or by phone or email, we receive what you send and the details those services share with us. Those services handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Technical information: our hosting provider and our page-view counter process the technical details of each visit, described below.

We use your enquiry to reply to you, to discuss a consultation or treatment and to keep a record of our conversation. We use newsletter details to send you information and offers about Supreme SMP, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

When you send a form, it is delivered by email through the Resend email service to our business inbox at stevensupreme.smp@gmail.com. Your email address is set as the reply address so we can answer you. We do not send you an automatic reply.

The forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and by a hidden field that people never see. Turnstile may process your IP address and browser details to check that you are a person.

We keep enquiry emails in our business email account for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our business records. Ask us at any time and we will delete them.

We use a cookie-free page-view counter run by RankShark. It records only the page address, the referring page or site and any campaign tag in the link you followed. It sets no cookies. Your IP address is used only momentarily to block abuse and is never stored.

We also use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google, to understand how visitors use this website. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google the pages you view, your approximate location and technical details of your device and browser. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on. This website does not use advertising or tracking pixels.

Reviews and Instagram posts are shown with widgets from Fouita, which load content from Fouita and from Google and Instagram. The Payment Plans page loads a financing widget from Cherry. These providers may receive your IP address and browser details and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.

Videos in our gallery play from YouTube only after you click them, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com address. Until you click, nothing is loaded from YouTube.

Map and directions links open Google Maps in a new page. We do not embed a map. Links to our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok pages take you to those services.

This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare, which processes visitors’ requests, including IP addresses, to serve pages and protect the site. We keep the information you send us in our own email account and take reasonable steps to protect it.

We do not set cookies on this website. Third-party widgets described above may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

If you live in Massachusetts, New Hampshire or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and ask us to stop using it for marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
